Chardonnay Quercianera IGT Terre di Chieti 2022

Rebsorte: Chardonnay 100%

Der Chardonnay passt ideal zu Vorspeisen und als Aperitif. Ein Genuß zu allen Fischgerichte und er passt gut zu

delikaten Fleischgerichten.

Im Herzen der Provinz Chieti, zwischen dem Maiella-Nationalpark und der Adria.Hügeln, befindet sich das

Weinanbaugebiet des Chardonnays. Auf dem vorrangig tonigen Kalkstein, 230 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel,

finden die Reben optimale Bedingungen. Die Trauben werden in einer kurzen kalte Mazeration zerkleinerten,

werden sehr weich gepresst und dann findet die Fermentation bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks statt.

Die bestechende strohgelbe Farbe ist versetzt mit grünlichen und leuchtenden Tönen. Das Bouquet des Weines

spiegelt Aromen von exotischen Früchten, Bananen und zarten Noten von gelben Blüten. Der Geschmack ist

frisch, weich und angenehm. Mittlerer Körper und gute Ausdauer.
